General Terms
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing hub-box.digital or engaging Hub Box for professional analytics services, you agree to these General Terms. If you are entering into an engagement on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Services description
Hub Box provides advisory, reporting, forecasting, and training engagements related to business analytics and ESG disclosure readiness. Statements on this website describe typical engagements and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance until confirmed in a written statement of work.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients must supply timely data, access to relevant personnel, and accurate corporate information. Delayed inputs may shift timelines and may incur additional fees if replanning is required. Clients remain responsible for decisions made by their boards, auditors, and regulators.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, Hub Box retains ownership of pre-existing methodologies, templates, and software scripts while granting the client a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables for internal business purposes. Redistribution to unrelated third parties requires written consent.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information using reasonable care. Hub Box may use anonymised learnings to improve services provided that identifiers are removed. Statutory disclosure obligations supersede contractual confidentiality where applicable under Republic of Korea law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hub Box is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from engagements. Aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement during the six months preceding the claim unless mandatory consumer protections in Korea provide otherwise.
7. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Parties agree to submit disputes to the courts of Seoul, Korea, having competent jurisdiction, except where Korean consumer protection law requires a different venue for consumers domiciled in Korea.
8. Termination and changes
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the statement of work. Hub Box may update these website terms periodically; material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
