Data Protection Notice
1. Data controller

2. Categories of personal data
We may process identity and contact data (name, email, company, phone), professional information (role, industry), technical data (IP address, device type, browser), and engagement records (meeting notes with consent, project artefacts you upload).
3. Purposes of processing
Data is used to respond to enquiries, deliver contracted services, improve website security, comply with accounting obligations, and—only where you opt in—measure anonymised traffic patterns on hub-box.digital.
4. Legal bases
Processing rests on contract performance, legitimate interests in securing our infrastructure, consent where required (for example analytics cookies), and legal obligations applicable in Korea such as tax record retention.
5. Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for twenty-four months unless a sales contract extends the period. Project files follow the retention schedule agreed in each statement of work, typically seven years for finance-related artefacts unless a shorter statutory period applies.
6. Recipients and processors
We use vetted infrastructure providers (hosting, email) who may process data in Korea, the European Union, or the United States under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. A current list is available on request.
7. International transfers
Where personal data leaves Korea, we assess whether the destination jurisdiction provides adequate protection or implement supplementary measures such as encryption in transit and access minimisation.
8. Security measures
We apply role-based access, multi-factor authentication for staff accounts, encrypted transport, and periodic access reviews. No online transmission is completely secure; please notify us promptly of suspected misuse.
9. Your rights
Depending on your status as a consumer or business contact, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea.
10. Children and policy updates
Our services are not directed to children under fourteen, and we do not knowingly collect their data. We may update this notice; substantive changes will be highlighted here with a new “last updated” date.
